These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.queenofsupercarrental.com and the rental services operated by Queen Of Super Car Rental LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must: hold a valid driving license recognized in the UAE; be at least 21 years old; provide Emirates ID (UAE residents) or passport, visa page, and home country driving license (tourists); provide an international driving permit if required for your nationality; and provide accurate personal information during booking.

The Company reserves the right to apply higher age requirements for selected luxury or high-performance vehicles at its discretion.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit amounts depend on the vehicle type, rental duration, and payment method. A no-deposit option may be available for selected vehicles under specific conditions. The deposit is returned after the rental period once processing is completed and may take up to 21 days. Any outstanding amounts will be deducted before refund.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: cash (AED, USD, EUR, GBP), debit/credit card, payment link, bank transfer, or approved cryptocurrency. Full rental payment must be completed before delivery. Additional charges (damage, fines, extra mileage, cleaning, misuse penalties) will be billed to the hirer.

The Company reserves the right to charge or deduct any outstanding amounts discovered after vehicle return, including fines, Salik, damages, or additional charges, in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable UAE regulations.

4. Rental Period & Mileage

Minimum rental duration is 24 hours. Daily mileage allowance is stated in the invoice. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate indicated for each vehicle. Late returns beyond 1 hour may be billed as an additional day. No refunds apply for early returns.

5. Delivery & Collection

Free delivery/collection is available within Dubai unless otherwise specified. Deliveries outside Dubai may incur charges. The hirer must inspect and record vehicle condition upon delivery.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The hirer agrees not to exceed speed limits or drive recklessly; not to use the vehicle for racing, drifting, off-road driving, burnout activities, desert driving, track use, towing, or any illegal purposes; not to smoke or vape inside the vehicle; not to carry hazardous materials; not to overload the vehicle; and not to allow unapproved drivers to operate it.

Any misuse may result in penalties ranging from AED 5,000 up to AED 100,000, depending on the severity of the violation, in addition to full repair, recovery, and related costs.
Penalties are applied at the Company’s discretion based on the severity of the violation, vehicle type, and resulting damages.

7. Authorized Drivers

Only the hirer and drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Allowing unauthorized persons to drive voids insurance coverage and makes the hirer fully liable for all damages.

8. Insurance Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance as required by UAE law. Insurance does not apply if the hirer: drives under the influence; drives off-road or on restricted locations; uses the vehicle illegally; allows an unlisted driver to operate it; leaves the UAE; fails to obtain a police report; engages in misuse or reckless activities. In such cases, the hirer is 100% financially responsible for all damages.

9. Damage & Accidents

In the event of any accident, scratch, incident, or damage, the hirer must: stop the vehicle and call the police immediately; obtain a police report in their name; notify the Company at once; avoid moving the vehicle unless instructed by police. Without a police report, all damages are fully chargeable. Repairs must only be performed through Company-approved workshops.

10. Traffic Fines, Salik & Violations

All traffic fines, parking violations, and toll charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer. An administrative fee may apply. Salik charges are billed at AED 5 per gate passage or the rate shown in the agreement.

11. Cleanliness & Smoking

The vehicle must be returned clean and free of odors. Smoking inside the car results in a cleaning fee of AED 1,000–1,500. Eating foods that cause strong smells may also incur cleaning charges.

12. Fuel Policy

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. Missing fuel will be charged at the market rate plus a service fee.

13. Vehicle Tracking

For safety and security, vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking to monitor location, speedalerts, misuse events, or unauthorized border attempts. This data is used strictly for rental operations and safety compliance.

14. Prohibited Areas

Company vehicles must not be taken outside the UAE. Desert roads, mountain trails requiring off-road capability, and racetracks are strictly prohibited. Violation voids insurance and results in full liability.

15. Breakdown & Maintenance

If the vehicle displays warning lights or requires attention, the hirer must contact the Company immediately and avoid continued driving. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed and may incur penalties.

16. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Early returns do not qualify for refunds. Booking deposits, if paid, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

17. Company Rights

We may refuse service, cancel bookings, or retrieve vehicles in cases of misuse, late payment, fraud suspicion, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

18. Liability

The Company is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle, indirect losses, or events beyond our control (accidents, delays, breakdowns, weather issues, police actions, government restrictions). The hirer is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.

19. Data Use

By renting, you authorize the Company to use your provided data for verification, security, billing, compliance with authorities, and legitimate business purposes.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
